Title Examiners/Abstractors. Experience in conducting 40-100 year searches; chaining title; preparation of mineral and leasehold ownership; preparation of runsheets and curative material; Russell Indexes knowledge/use preferred.
Leasing/ROW/Permitting Agents. Experience in the negotiation and acquisition of leases, rights-of-way and other related surface agreements and permitting.
Attorneys/Paralegals/Law Clerks. Appalachian title experience a plus. Must possess the ability to work in a team environment; complete and review abstracts, Mineral Ownership Reports and Lease Ownership Reports.
