Jack Norman
C.E.O. & Vice-President
Since founding Elexco in 1976 and with many years of diverse practical and managerial experience in the oil and gas sector, Jack Norman successfully established and continues to manage several corporations, both inside and outside of the industry. His background in geophysics, and accumulated knowledge of the land service industry has enabled him to establish and co-ordinate the Elexco Group of Companies and affiliated organizations to meet the growing demands of the market place.
Jack handles the overall co-ordination and forward planning of all Administration and land activities of E.L.S.I., and evaluates and monitors The Elexco Group of companies' progress, effectiveness and compliance with business plan objectives.
Randy Hansen, J.D., CPL
President
Since joining Elexco in 1985, Randy Hansen has gained years of diverse practical and managerial experience in the oil and gas sector throughout the United States. His responsibilities consist of the management and administration of land services, handling projects throughout the United States for independent and major oil and gas exploration companies, governmental agencies, and utility companies. Randy’s primary focus is to oversee title projects and personnel for all U.S. contracts. However, in his role as President, Randy further participates in the ongoing development and over-all management and direction of the company.
Randy graduated Cum Laude, obtaining his Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and was admitted to practice by the Michigan State Bar. He manages all land and legal functions of an in-house land position and in & out of house legal counsel position.
Randy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management and Finance), is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan, and has been qualified as an Expert Witness in Huron County Circuit Court. In addition, Randy has completed numerous courses through the International Right-of-Way Association.
Randy's broad industry experience throughout the United States, combined with his extensive academic credentials enables Elexco Land Services, Inc. to meet the unique requirements of our clientele.
Dale Norman
Supervisor Renewable Energy North America
Dale Norman has broad-based experience with Elexco since 1985 in the negotiation and acquisition of renewable energy, petroleum and natural gas leases, wind farm agreements, pooling agreements, solar agreements, unit operation agreements, easements and rights-of-way. Dale's ability to understand and alleviate the concerns of landowners allows for the successful and expedient completion of projects. Dale is responsible for, and supervises the day to day operations of the renewable energy industry.
Dina Silvestro, CMA
Controller
Dina Silvestro joined our Senior Management team in 2007 and brings with her over 20 years of experience. Her main role as Controller is to manage the overall Financial Operations for all companies that comprise The Elexco Group of Companies. Dina meticulously co-ordinates and oversees the day to day operations of the Accounting department in both our Canadian and American offices. Dina‘s diverse experience and knowledge stems from the management roles she has retained over the years in numerous multi-national companies involved in both the Manufacturing and Service industries. Dina holds her Certified Management Accountant Designation and her extensive background enables her to deal with both the multi-company structure and the international components that make up the Elexco Group of Companies.
Niki Clarke
Information Systems Manager
Niki Clarke joined Elexco’s legal department in 1999. During the first few years of employment, Niki gained diverse experience by shifting her efforts from legal to regulatory, marketing, property management, and ultimately, land. In 2002, Niki began working to help set up and manage, direct and oversee the expansion of the Company in the US. Niki’s high degree of specialized knowledge relating to The Elexco Group’s proprietary Information Systems and internal processes enables her to manage said unique systems, along with all administrative staff, in both Canada and the U.S.
Marie Keller
Human Resources
Marie Keller joined the Elexco Group in 2011 bringing over 17 years of Human Resources experience. She is responsible for all of the Human Resources needs for all of the companies within the Elexco Group.
Paul Boyce
Land Department Head
Paul Boyce began as a land agent with Elexco Ltd. in 1981, gaining diverse experience in the negotiation, acquisition and management of freehold petroleum and natural gas leases, unit operating agreements, voluntary pooling agreements, surface easements, meter sites, gas storage lease agreements, statutory declarations, amending agreements, and due diligence.
Since 1994, Paul has worked in our Michigan office of Elexco Land Services, Inc., directing the complement of land agents. His experience and industry knowledge have enabled Paul to deal successfully with extended and difficult property owner negotiations.
Lynn Hall
ROW Department Head
Since joining Elexco Land Services in 1985, Lynn Hall has gained years of land and title experience in the oil and gas sector throughout the United States. Lynn manages projects from set-up to project completion. She is responsible for the management and training of field personnel in the areas of fee purchase, right-of-way acquisition, oil and gas lease acquisition, title research, title curative, division order curative, document preparation and related land work.
Lynn obtained a BBA in Management from Eastern Michigan University. In addition, Lynn is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan, and holds the SR/WA Designation from the International Right-of-Way Association, where she has completed numerous courses.
Lynn's extensive experience in land and title, in addition to her broad education, ensures projects flow efficiently in an effective and timely manner for our clientele.
